In this course, you will learn to understand recruitment marketing and apply classic marketing methods to recruitment. We’ll explain how to devise recruitment campaigns, improve the candidate experience, select appropriate communication platforms, build communities and talent pools, incorporate newsletters into recruitment strategies, and much more. In short, we’ll discuss how you can collaborate more effectively with your marketing department to cultivate an attractive employer brand image, attract a larger pool of quality candidates, and ideally position yourself as the top choice for individuals contemplating a job change.
You will be guided through the course by Ing. Petra Vrbová, Ph.D., an experienced marketer and coordinator of a number of ambassador programs, who had the opportunity to implement them in multinational companies. She will share with you her own tips, tricks and best practices.
