Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

  1. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The controller processes personal data that you have provided to him/her or personal data that the controller has obtained based on registration on the website https://www.digitalhrmarketing.com. The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract, the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing, and your consent to the processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing. The purpose of processing personal data is to process your order and perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship, send commercial messages, and conduct other marketing activities.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure of personal data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent to processing and lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The controller has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and repositories of personal data in paper form. The controller declares that only persons authorized by him/her have access to personal data.
