In this course, we will discuss what exactly employee ambassador programs are and what they entail. You will learn how to successfully start such a program, what steps you should take in the preparation phase and how to work with ambassadors on an ongoing basis. We will also look at methods for measuring the impact of their activities and how to reward ambassadors for their activity. You will also get advice and tips on what content ambassadors can share and show you real examples of successful ambassador programs at companies like Starbucks, Reebok and Adobe.

 

You will be guided through the course by Ing. Petra Vrbová, Ph.D., an experienced marketer and coordinator of a number of ambassador programs, who had the opportunity to implement them multinational companies. She will share with you her own tips, tricks and best practices.
