We are responding to the current challenges related to capacity in the labor market, the increasingly complicated and expensive recruitment process and the growing dissatisfaction among employees, as shown by long-term surveys.

Why are we doing this?

That’s why we decided to make the job of HR specialists, talent acquisition managers, marketers and business owners easier and inspire them on how to properly care for their current employees, build a positive employer brand and improve their image not only on the labor market. We also want our attendees to be able to attract new interesting talent through advertising and engaging recruitment campaigns, also known as HR marketing applications or recruitment marketing.
